Due to the unpredictable nature of neurosurgical conditions, surgeons at Eminence Neurosurgery may be unexpectedly involved in emergency operations, and appointments may be delayed, postponed or cancelled by Eminence Neurosurgery office staff. You will be informed at the first opportunity to reschedule or wait until the next available appointment.

Preparation for your consultation

Once an appointment has been made, a confirmation letter with the address and details of the appointment will be sent to you by post, and to your referring doctor.

A reminder for an upcoming appointment will be sent up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Please confirm whether you are planning on attending the appointment.

If there are any additional tests or scans requested by your doctors prior to the appointment, please bring the actual scans, test results and reports on the day of the appointment.

Consultation fees will be charged either before or at the end of the consultation. This may vary depending on the duration of the consultation.
